the general consenses is that they are a good company to deal with, maybe his part is out of stock atm just, but others have had no probs.

I rate flatfour online

I bought a fuel pump from them, delivered within 5 days and a Kakumei Turbo back system, delivered within 5 days.

You cant complain about postage times, after all, it is free

My mate bought a FMIC for his classic and there were a couple of silicone hoses missing out of the box, Flat4Online sent a complete set out to him FOC.

I've never heard a bad word about them and will be ordering some GT Spec headers as soon as I can afford to

im surprised to be reading negative info about flat4, I have used them a few times and they have generally been spot on. Item has been good as has the price on top of which the delivery has been on time.

But as a few others have mentioned, from what I know it is one guy whose running it so maybe hes behind schedule or something. Be patient, im sure he will get back to those who seem to be let down.

No complaints from me either, I have had loads of parts lately with no problems.

I think alot of people need to get over the "Company run from his bedroom" so what, you get the parts cheap or be charged higher prices from the "other" companies. Just my opinion etc!

Thing is, a company based in a bedroom, can't store a lot of stuff.

Certainly Scoty is doing well with the business, but there are a lot of threads with people saying they are still waiting on stuff. No contact telephone number on his site too IIRC? Not a great business strategy IMHO.

I have been waiting for over a week now, emailed him, no reply, sent 2 messages through fleabay, no reply, sent another email threatening negative feedback, got email saying will be with me thursday, friday latest, states on advert "24hr postage" so I imagine he will post today for delivery tomorrow.
Emailed back for tracking number, nothing.

If it doesn't turn up tomorrow I will cancel order and go else where.

Postage may appear to be free but you do pay for it in the price.

I won't use them again.

Lesson learnt.
