How much have you spent on your Scoob?
Just been flicking through my invoices.
Adds up to near enough £2500! 500 quid this weekend to fit all my parts before my remap. So thats £3000 since I bought the car in July this year! 3k in 2 month that I will never get back! Damn! And Im no where near finished yet!
So, to make me feel better about the 3 grand Im never going to get back, lets hear how much you lot have spent. 10k plus for a few people I bet?
Not how much you are planning to spend, or how much you would like to spend, or how much you think you will spend, lets see how much has actually been spent and invoiced!

When i got the car i promised myself that i would leave her standard.......... that lasted 3 days
I am happy to spend the dollars on her as the smile i get is well worth it.

Spent over £10,000 in 18 months.
Don't know where that money has come from and i've burnt the balaclava. Seriously though, had to stop now as it is literally throwing money away.

£12k, and that's doing it buying s/h and cheapest I can find. I have sold £4ks worth of gear too, so a net £8k. I keep a spreadsheet of all purchase and sales. I need help.

£3900 on the car last dec,
easily the same since on servicing, wear and tear items, exhaust etc etc. not including the repair work from the smash that his insurers paid out on.
lets say i have quite a bit of debt currently, but managable as sacrifices have/will be made
obsession

I have only spent about £1k so far but the car is booked in for 2 weeks time to have a 2.5L conversion done with new ECU and full stainless exhaust so the price is climbing

Bought it for £2800 one year ago, and it now stands me in for £7600 plus about 2K stereo stuff.
Not happy, as I've got loads more I want to do to it.
When will it end. Could of bought an Escort Cossie, if I'd saved up.

I reckon I beat you all- I have circa £70,000 of receipts for the Evo, which doesn't include the initial car purchase.
I'm glad I got the benefit once all the money had been spent

I recon I've spend £6K a year and that's just on fuel, servicing and insurance.
Not that much on mods:
FMIC & CAIK £700
Headers & up-pipe £350
Whiteline ARB's & ALK £600
Remap's £1,000
Just about to spend another 3K on turbo, injectors and 3" exhaust!
Expensive but great fun
