Lots of them there, just like in Australia and NZ: lots of dirt roads where light 4WDs excel. The 4WD might also help get you out of some of the smaller pot-holes that litter Kenya's tarmac roads!

I stayed in the Voyager in July of this year , did you see the Subaru adverts all around the lage roundabout on th eway from the airport ? , seemed kind of sad to advertise them when most poeple were lucky if they had a pushbike

I loved the Voyager by the way , would go back sometime (just need to save some pennies again )

Yeh i saw them signs mate, had a hawkeye STi on them and other imprezas. There was also other subaru signs, one saying "genuine subaru parts".

I also loved the voyager, lovely hotel and the staff cant do enough for you, would definately go back.

We went south to Ukunda, away from the city. Saw a few Scoobies, passed 2 Evo 8's and an immaculate white Escort XR3i.

Strange what you can see in a country seemingly gripped by poverty.

Great place and I'll be going back there in the next few years.

I got married in Kenya in 2004 at the Royal Reserve which is up the road from the Voyager and the first proper car we saw was a scooby at the Nakumat!! Full body kit, lowered and suprisingly still in one piece considering the "potty" holes.
