as above just looking to see if any one knows or owned my car i got it in peterbourgh and not received my v5 from dvla yet

Check with DVLA. I had same problem when I purchased mine from Dicksons Inverness. Got stopped by the local boys in blue and when they done the car check it came back as being the garage that was the owner, couldn't explain it to the cops until it came back that the car was insured to me. Phoned both the garage and dvla the next day and it turned out that the V5 was still sitting in the garage filing cabinet. Took just over 2months to get mine, should be about 2 weeks. The cop driver was wanting to do me for failing to register the car, but his colleague quickly pointed out that that wasn't down to me and is down to the seller to notify of any changes.

yeah phoned dvla and i got to fill in a v62 and send of the green new keeper supplement aswell

 

and i just wanted to find last owner to find out some history on the car etc

 

The v5 will tell you this when you get it. Where did you buy the car from?

My mate cut and shut a green turbo 2000 awd but his welder broke half way through so he finished it off with gaffer tape. Think he p/x'd it in at Car nation...
