As the titel says, has anyone fitted Bonnet Lifters to a Classic Impreza?

I purchased some universal ones from fleabay and they just dont seem to fit as they should and i cant get them to work.

i wondered if anyone had a pair on their car that worked with the minimum of mods to the scooby.

I bought a set from Jap-performace ofr Ebay and they did fit either the bonnet ended up wanting to stay open al the time. So I sent those back.

I then paid the extra pennies for a set for Tein, £95 specifically for the Impreza and they fitted striaght on with no problems. I certainly recommended them.

Got Tein bonnet dampers on my car, very straight forward to fit, although it's easier if you've got someone to support the bonnet

Tru you'd think they would do them in Pretty Pink if they were specifically for the Scooby

Usual price is about £90 or so, maybe a little more.
