Who did you buy it from and where in Europe is the supplying dealer?

Mine was from Liaco and took nearly 3 months to come and that was after I pestered the uk supplier. They copied me in on the Emails that were sent to and from Liaco. What happens is, when Liaco have accumulated a few service books they then mail them all at once, thats why some wait only a few weeks and some wait several.
Keep badgering Motorpoint and you can also email Liaco direct with your VIN No. and they should tell you the state of play. They are fairly helpful.

Cheers mate, mailed Liaco last night about that, and the current state of play with PPP (can hope )
At least I know there is sometimes a delay. As long as I have it before the next service next year lol.
