How about setting a car up to be "Nicked" and catch the scum. Video the "Reception" and send it to the media???
Would need a bit of planning, to stop the "Speed ticket secretaries" from getting their nickers in a twist!!!

I believe that this has been tried before, and the toe-rag got off by pleading "entrapment" [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

would work if they could get clear mug shots of the scumbags then posted them all over there home area with the words theif in bold letters, just to shame them [maybe] but at least everyone in that area would know

Ok then, how about setting a car up to be 'nicked', when the said tea-leaf come along, video him getting the pasting of his life by some masked passer by.....
Send the said tape to the media after some careful editing....
Media show the tape on telly, car theives think twice about steeling stuff that people work bloody hard for!!

POC, thats what i ment !!! Half kill them, make them look like the Photos we have all seen in the papers of old folk mugged...... Remove all traces of the car etc. Some TV companies will show it. And I'm sure local papers will print it.
pasting photographs of vandles ,thieves,drug dealers in the local area is a good idea. But as always when they show scum on tv they block out their faces, so Jo public cant see.

Medieval mode on....
I have long been an advocate of the return of the stocks. It seems to be cool for these oiks to spend time in young offenders institutes but I'm not sure how kindly they would take having eggs and rotten tomatoes thrown at them in a most public place. Not quite so cool.
