Hi,

I have been looking into getting one of the Storm range of Car Cover's available for the Subaru however I wanted to check with ScoobyNet members to see if they are worth the price.

Has anyone purchased one, is the fitment as you expected and where there any nasty surprises?

Finally, is having a car cover just bait for some chav to come and do something to your car cover or your car?

The reason I am looking into one? I occasionally stay at my relatives house who have a large private driveway but no space in their garage so the car often sits outside to the elements. To save having bird isht all over the car and finding my hard wax-on wax-off efforts ruined by rain or dirt I am thinking a car cover would be handy.

I can store it in the boot when not needed and should the weather turn nasty I can pull it out.

Also anyone have any ideas on how if affects the car alarm, I have been getting mixed information regarding this and I am of the opinion that a car alarm goes a bit screwy with a car cover on.
