I don't get the pink thing, but then I'm the type of bloke that wouldn't be seen dead in a pink shirt either... but that said since you have pink STI badges stick with the pink badge for consistency.
Why do they do pink STI badges on the exterior and what looks more red to me on the steering wheel?

The lower grill is genuine subaru Prodrive, £170. Ouch!!!
The upper grill is an after market job, (See my Scooby pics) cost about £50, plus painting and £20 for the mesh. Both bought from Ebay.
