Default help with picture please!

http://i173.photobucket.com/albums/w...s250t/PLUG.jpg

This is connected to the MAF part of the wiring loom, is it for an Oxygen/lambda sensor?
I have no idea where it is supposed to go, I have no lambda sensor either so im thinking/hoping it's to connect to that?
Car failed MOT on Lambda test so need to get one wired up, the downpipe has a bolt in place of where the sensor goes but I cant find any wiring for it!
There is no sensor in the headers either, it's a version 2 car so it could have been there apparently!

Brilliant, thanks mate!

I was told the Lambda sensor wire is white with a silver band as their are only 2 wires that colour coming out of the ecu and one goes to the MAF i was hoping this one would be for the lambda sensor!
