I don't think General Technical is looked at much so could those with abit of knowledge about these alarms please have a look.

Sigma Sam I think was the name. Really helpful chap but they banned him.

That's silly, why would somebody get banned if they were being helpful. Surely he must have done something wrong, i.e. againt the terms and conditions, to get banned
