Default Classic aerial position..

I'm sure this has been asked before in the past and will probably be asked again but whats the whole deal with this; some classics have got them on the rear wing and some on the A-Pillar there seems to be no correlation between UK/JDM or age?

v5 and 6 UK wagons are on the A pillar whilst JDM are roof mounted. Not sure about the rest.

A & B version WRX have them on the A post, as does the V1 STi.

V2 STi & C series WRX onwards have them on rear wing.

All classic Type RAs & Type Rs have them on the A post.

UK turbos have them on the A post

Now that makes sense!!

Was trying to work out why all early ones seem to have them on the apillar then later they are on the rear wing but i've always also seen loads of late ones with them on the apillar still
