is it possible to change the details on the V5 ?
i have a 1997 type R STI 555 WRC, but my V5 says WRX?
I have been told by other type R owners that there V5 shows the full details??
i have the correct documentation from japan, and the original BMTA certificate, all showing type R STI 555 WRC

can it be changed??

 

my m8 had a 1.6gl but on his v5 it said 2.0 sport he rang dvla and they said he hed to fill somethin in on his v5 and a letter explaining the fault. It was changed with no problems.

Best thing to do is ring the dvla and ask them then you no what you do is correct
