Default shell v-power club...

been a member of the new shell drivers club for a couple months now. got 718 points on my last check, and i must put in around 200 litres a month into the scoob (v-power that is)...

how do i join the v-power club? when i joined the shell drivers club, i just filled in a form at my local shell garage and got a card there and then.

seems silly that i always fill up with v-power and im not a member of specific club. could be getting double points etc for fuel vouchers.

any help? tried the webiste but nothing came up that was useful in how to join up or re-register for the latter

andy

I thought the same but it seems you have to be a company person and get registered through your company, unless they changed the rules that is

You just have to wait and they will upgrade after a while, that's what happened to me. One day an Optimax card appeared in the mail along with a letter stating that because of my constant use of Optimax they upgraded me to the Optimax club, which has now of course has been replaced by V Power.

I filled in one of the forms and sent it away, but never got a confirmation or figured out how to log myself on the site though

They happily swipe my card when I go in there though..

Since the change over they seem to have lost all of my old points nad no new points are showing!!!! I had just over a 1300 left, I had a lot more but chopped them in and had 1300 left, registured online and requested to transfer my points but nothing is happening and that was 3 weeks ago.

I'm sure it will work itself out but they won't even let you log onto the old site to confirm points.

And with regards to the V power club, It's by invite only, I think it took me 6 months of buying optimax before I was upgraded

I've gave up with the card and Shell, had 3,000 + points on my old card and when they sent me new one I'd only got 316 ?!? I've rang customers services bout 4 times they just fob you off and say they'll ring back but never do.

My local Tesco started doing super unleaded so use clubcard now.

Replied in another thread about this but I've lost over 10,000 points
Emailed Shell and they say they'll transfer the points but at only 75%, checked this morning, again, and it still says I have about 500
