when i brake hard from speed there is a whaling noise from 1 of the wheels ,im no mechanic b a long way infact longer way than that, does this sound like my pads if so how easy r they to change on a 2002 bugeye because im gonna give it a go ,also just b looking at the disks how can u tell if they have had it ,{told u i aint no mechanic}.

 

'Whaling noise' You can get CD's of these sounds, they're supposed to be very relaxing

 

Probably the pad wear indicators rubbing on the disks reminding you to change the pads
