Honest, thats what it says! A Notice of Intended Prosecution from Powys Polis - sorry, that should read "from Heddlu Dyfed". 
Gave me a hell of a fright when it landed on the doormat this morning - until I saw it was for the Sport I traded in a month ago!
Seems my friendly local Scooby dealer lent it to one of their staff so she could go spectating on the Network Q. She's got done for 42 in a 30 on the A470 (one of the red vans maybe?).
