Preventing turbo bolts/studs from siezing up.
Just a thought.. The studs and bolts on a turbo ALWAYS seem to bloody siezeup even if you coat them with copper slip before refitting.. Is there any trick of the trade or chemical that can be put on the threads that will with-stand the heat and stop this from happening?
Cheers!

There are some Nicklel based anti sieze compounds that are good for higher temps on the market (but they are toxic). These are better than Copper based but still no guarantee to prevent seizure at very high (turbo) temps.

Soak them in duck oil/WD40 the day (or at least several hours) before you intend to take nuts and bolts off...re-apply it every time you walk past the car. Then when you come to actually undo the nuts and bolts they should be a doddle.
Otherwise:
Replace them with high grade stainless steel nuts bolts
Done it on exhaust manifolds in the past and worked a treat - mate used retail SS bolt kits for RV8s...looks tarty and functional too

Oh dont worry I did lol! they were soaked and soaked and soaked! luckilly on this occasion I had no problem with the studs just one of the big bolts on top snapped clean!
I've copper eased them up as they have to come off again in a couple of weeks to do the clutch but would be nice to find something that prevents them from seizing in the frist place
