Keep an eye out in the classified forums or a well know internet auction site, put and add in the wanted forum.

The lights are a stock Hella item, 90mm, and come in main beam, (driving) and dip, with or without sidelights and in halogen or HID. Take your pick. Available to order from any Hella dealer.
I have part numbers for all the different types.
The covers are sold by a few of the advertisers on here. Try a search, or contact a few.
The brackets are a stock Subaru part, available from a dealer, and not stupidly expensive, for once. I don't have part numbers for those, but any dealer worth his salt will find them, after all, they were only fitted to P1's
