i understand the reasons behind making searchs pay only, but is it necessary to remove the 'new posts' link, as, like many others, i used this to 'catch up' on the days happenings, and poss help with advice etc. kinda made scoobynet a community now it is gone, the only reason to log in is if i need to look for something, which TBH the info is freely available on other impreza forums as browsing new posts has become a multi-link affair and is quite off-putting, is the removal of the link intentional?

Without being familiar with how the forum software works, I guess the 'new posts' still involves an underlying search, therefore hitting the database as it'd be a different set of posts for each user.

to be honest if removing certain items speeds up the site i am all for it,as some days it is that painfully slow i just give up and switch the laptop off
