Prodrive Blue
Hi can anyone spread some light on my 02 Bug eye WRX; it has a blue turbo pipe with Prodrive written on it and a prodrive exhaust.
I have read lots of threads on here about ppp and if cars are fitted with it and how much it costs, but I would like to know is why would a car like mine have a blue turbo pipe and a Prodrive exhaust if its not a ppp would someone just change these parts to make it look like a ppp and if so what if anything would these parts make to the overall performance of the car ?
You’re not as confused as I am, and no I don’t have a certificate for ppp
any ideas

It is possible that the turbo pipe and backbox have been changed without having the full PPP. If you can get to the ECU, it will have a sticker on it saying Prodrive 261bhp, please inform your insurers (or something like that). The blue pipe and backbox alone would make very little performance difference, but the backbox will make the car sound much better than the standard pipe.

Can you or anyone tell where to locate the ECU on my 2002 WRX, cheers
