I had my wrx mapped by him. He did a great job and I didn't have any trouble.
Would definitely reccommend.

Awesome guy (not done my car but was in a mates when he was mapping it).
He has quite a nice wagon and uses the products he sells on his website himself.

He must be cherry picking his work. I contacted him about a month ago asking him to fit a turbo and map my PFC. I got a reply about him finding a workshop to to do the fitting and nothing since. I know where my money will be going now.

If you can afford to turn away business then more fool you is all I'll say.

He didn't turn you away did he? Those that are exceptionally busy must be so because of their quality of work.

I have a high volume of email enquires and mapping work so yep that thankfully goes without saying.. however I have always set out to give the same service I would like to receive and would never intentionally ignore or cherry pick work..
not had to but if there was a reason I didn't want to do a job, for whatever reason, I would say it straight.

Thanks
Simon

Hi Simon and all,

Not to drag this on but the email option wasn't the only one offered. I signed of each email with my mobile number. I also recall pm'ing you via this BBS too. Even if you were busy you could have called me.

Business is business and I judge a trader / specialist by the manner in which they treat their clientel before, during and after the sale of goods and services. For this reason I have opted to continue my business with a very well respected company who also frequents this site also.

Kind regards

Esh

When someone is busy there can be lapses in communication it's inevitable. You took your business elsewhere as you keep stating whilst inferring Simon has little regard for customer care. This is of course utter bollox as all the above posts suggest he is very good at what he does, and his customer care is infact top notch.

I'm totally impartial and haven't dealt with either of these but in my opinion, for what it's worth is ESH is entitled to give his experience.

Why should people not be allowed to express there own opinion if it's negative - people like me should hear both sides.

I've read all the positives and have to agree it wouldn't stop me using JGM,but it's important that people like me should be able to make up our minds with all the facts as opposed to just praise.
