Default MY05 STI Seats

Hi,

The drivers seat in my MY05 sti is starting to look pretty bad at the right as your sitting down.

I'm the only owner of the car, its 2.5 years old and has covered 30K.

Anyone else in the same situation.

THis is the 4th impreza from new, 2 classics and 2 new age STI's
Previous STI was the 02 Prodrive version.
Sold with just over 30K and the drivers seat was fine.

Shaun

So then, am I alone on this one?

Would such bad wear on the seat be covered under warranty do you think?

As mentioned earlier the previous MY02 Prodrive style STI was sold with just over 30K and the drivers seat was perfectly OK.
My current car drivers seat looks terrible.
I'm the only one who drives it too.

I`ve noticed that the right lower side bolster on my 05 STI gets sort of shiny, probably because I`m brushing over it with jeans on. Also they can get water marks on them due to the frameless windows. Both problems solved with AutoGlym Interior cleaner bringing it back brand new looking again.

I have 11k on mine and notice that my dirvers seat... at the bottom on the front right is looking like its not going to wear well.

Im going to get mine checked by the dealer next time im around their way, because im concerned its going to turn into a hole.

Mine is almost exactly a year old.

OK,

Watermarks are I presume the whiteish faded looking marks?

I'll try some of this stuff at the weekend I think and that solves one problem.

The other problem is the the lower & side bolster on mine are looking like they'll crumple soon. Any ideas on this?
