I had a similar problem on mine, it was just a build up of brake dust around the calipers. Wheel off, wire brush everything, pads out, re-assemble with copper ease - job done. After doing the passenger side, I took the car out for a drive and noticed the same (but quieter) from the drivers side - did the same on that side and now everything is nice and quiet.

Try jacking up car and turning wheel whilst on full lock. also try when powersteering put is on full lock
Check for signs of rubbing on inside of tyre and Rim,
Check for too much play in wheel brgs
