If you look after the car - the car should look after you!

If your driving hard - then the best tip is not to keep the engine on tic over afterwards (tho it does help) but for the last 5 miles or so of your journey is not to drive hard & keep the revs under the spool up of the turbo ie less than 3000rpms
This will certainly increase the life of the turbo & cools it down much quicker.
Once at your destination - I usually keep it on tic over for 1-2 mins!

Make sure you service it regularly & all should be good!

It's a car not a China plate.

Use it just like any other car. Subaru (like every manufacturer) test there cars in all conditions and for a considerable time too.

As long as it's serviced to the handbook or better (Mid oil change) then the car should never `Blow-up`.

Screaming it from cold won't help, and after a `Brisk` drive just let the car idle for a couple minutes.

Enjoy the car, and stop worrying.
