Is this the hawkeye one?
If so, twist the **** on the dash (like the odometer reset one but on the left) and hold it twisted. After a second or two, the external temp gauge will show "off" - let go and twist it again and it should change to "on".
The tacho needle will display where the gear change indicator is set to warn at and by twising the **** it will change.
