Default Advice on changing oil

Ive heard that with Impreza's you have to follow a procedure when changing the oil.

Is it any different to changing the oil on any other car?

Cheers

Just pre-fill the oil filter with the new oil.

You just need to remove the crank sensor, the reason being, once you've filled it up you can then turn the engine over without it started, thus allowing the oil to be passed all throughout the engine ready for that first tuen over.

I use either millers or silkolene myself, and fill her just under full.
