Question How much to repaint rear bumper?

Clear laquer slightly bubbling on rear bumper near wheel arch on both sides, is this evidence of previous respraying?

Also have a quite nasty stone chip. Can this be fixed or is it more economical to repaint the whole bumper?

Anyone have a vague idea how much the cost will be?

I was quoted £200 per bumper by a well known top class bodyshop.

I took in an oem spoiler to be re-sprayed yesterday, it had the same problem & was told it's the paint reacting with the abs plastic, spolier is costing £100, but that is non metallic

Asked about this too ...£700-800 but that was literally just a simple blow over in the same colour & not worrying about the insides of doors, bonnet or boot
