crashed my car into the back of a taxi at a roundabout yesterday - only light impact , but need new grill / bonnet , possibility of minor damage to slam panel , and front bumper will require a spray job .....oh , and one headlight has been pushed back in bout an inch at one end but glass is fine ...

had a quote for about £1000.00 so far - does this sound reasonable ?

also , thinking of going for a carbon bonnet but it'll put my insurance up by £190.00 a year !! - i have a clean licence with full no claims ! how ridiculous is that !
