Spec C has VF36 turbo. Twin scroll roller bearing unit.

Standard JDM STI's have the VF37 turbo. Twin scroll unit but uses a journal bearing instead.

No.
You'll need twin scroll up- and down- pipes plus a shaped oil sump and turbo support bracket.

As Butty has said no it isn't. In order to convert to a twin scroll setup you would need equal length headers, a new up and down pipe and a different sump.

VF36 uses roller bearings, whereas VF37 uses journal bearings. Roller bearings offers less friction so therefore turbo spool up is improved.

Further to this: making a TS turbocharger work isnt that straightforward and while using Subarus pipework is a good start youll still need to map it properly, which easier said than done...
