a friend of mine has just give me a phonecall. his mate has a silver s-plate classic scoob and has ordered some aftermarket wheels, but these are gonna take a couple/three weeks to arrive. hes already sold the wheels on his car and so has no "rims lol"

does anybody have any wheels he could borrow that would clear the subaru 4-pots on the 98 facelift model?

if anyone can help il pass on details asap to my mate who will pass them onto him.

dont worry this isnt a scam etc, everyone knows im honest, and ive asked his mate to register on here to get extra help.

il even throw in a discount on a commission to anyone who helps me out on this one.

any wheels that will clear 4pots would be brilliant

cheers guys. il pass on the the messages.

apparantly what happened was the following.

he had standard wheels on car. i think.

ordered some 15s or 16s and sold his wheels while the replacements were in transit.

didnt obviously consider that the new aftermarket wheels may not clear 4pots. honest enough mistake to someone not in the know...

new wheels come - dont clear brakes.

sends them back, orders new 17s that will clear 4pots.

gonna be a 3 week wait however for them to arrive.

see the dilemma. his mate rang me as im local and could possibly help. i said to register on here while in the meantime il ask around, as im honest on here and people know that.
