Hello

I assume it is not just my wheels, or even just this type of wheel, but there appears to be some knid of plastic coat on the wheel that has the colour on it.

When I put the wheel within a foot of the curb (OK a bit closer than that) the plastic peels off in big chunks.

Does anyone else have this problem?

If I get them refurbed, can they take the plastic coat off the wheels so this doesn't happen in future?
