WHAT THE BEST THING TO CLEAN/POLISH AN INLET MANIFOLD WITH
I have taken the inlet manifold off my RA to have some work done to it, so I thought I would try and have it clean/polished while it is off the car.
I did sneak it into the dishwasher while the wife was not looking and that has made a huge difference.
Manifold is silver not red.
Any more help appreciated!

If its the silver type don't use a metal polish, this will turn the metal black looking as it just gets into the porus surface. Use a alu cleaner take a look on www.frost.co.uk for metal cleaning products not metal polishing products.
