If it's as genuine and clean as you say it is, then I would buy it. Might have to haggle a bit though

Think you'll be lucky to get that for TBH.

The problem is there are just so many Impreza's out there for sale.

Good luck though, and let us know what it went for, if you can.
There was a post the other day. Someone couldn't sell his Silver STI (think it was an MY05) and ended up trading it in instead.

I have the same car (different colour) and if I was to sell, I'd think I was lucky to get £16K.

I think it will depend if someone is interested in the audio installation. If not, then you may struggle a bit, but you do have also low mileage.

The bonus is that white is sought after.

I go on:

03 £12-13k
04 £13-14k
05 £14-15k

Default sti depreciation

sold mine (exactly same year and car) last august for £17100 would probably be nearer to 15k now

mind mine had more mileage but considering i'd paid £24400 for it brand new 5 months earlier i was absolutely gutted!

why is the depreciation on these cars so high? considering it's pretty unique and for the money it drives as good as a car twice it's price????

it's taught me a lesson though.

NEVER BUY A BRAND NEW IMPREZA UNLESS YOU ENJOY LOSING LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY...

Not bad... A dealer would be asking at least £1500 more...

White is popular on here at the moment... Spec C style..

Good Luck.... Nice Car

Interesting comment from a guy at my local dealer, he said the enquiries they were getting people were steering clear of the new editions post march23rd 2006 imprezas due to the fear of clobbering road tax, the last My05s were actually getting the most enquiries due to them not falling into this bracket, interesting point.

I feel that unless the new prospective owner like the Audio fits in the back and appreciates the syatem you will struggle to see that money, however it does look mint.
I really hope he gets his asking price but as most have said it is a free falling market.
I would buy it if i sell my 350Z.

many plus points for the car, PPP, very low mileage, sought after rare colour.

can't see you getting less than 16k for it. alot of dealers would give you near on that as a p/x price.

the stereo won't add anything on the value and might be a downside if the sub takes up too much boot space, but if you've still got the original stereo most buyers, if they don't want sounds, will see this as a chance to peg back some money so could be a good incentive

great looking car, good luck with the sale
