Does anyone know how much Reg: L5OOOBY Would be worth with the screw put in the right place it looks like L 5COOBY. Anyone got any idears.

Worth what someone is prepared to pay - £250 max? - you can still buy plates like S60 OBX etc. etc. for £250 including transfer.

i think a little more than £250 i have x 500OBY and i was offered £2000 for it but it will stay in my possesion as long as i have a scoob

probally worth a few points and a fine if you mis-space it and plod is having a bad day

seriously though, not sure, guess it depends on how much demand there is for it.

Top plate but why not sell it for £2000 and buy S600BX for £250?

Y500 OBY (£499) is still available from the DVLA for anybody thats interested.

Strange things to value plates. At the end of the day they're worth what someone is prepared to pay.

Hi Black Scooby 1,

Sorry to be a kill joy, But "with the screw put in the right place" will get you knicked

Aparently, the DVLA are getting the right hump with people doing this and are cracking down. If I remember correctly, the fine is north of £1K

Damn I hate putting a downer on things
