Afternoon chaps

Just a little Q for you all, I have my car booked in for its 10k service in a couple of weeks time, Its looks like i might go 500 miles over the 10k, The question is (given this is my first Scoob) are the stealers likely to pull a 'it wasn't serviced on time' therefore you are out of warranty line, or do they have a degree of flexibilty

I took mine in with 10,800 on and it was fine. I don't think you need worry about 500miles.

you can do it under 1000 miles eother side of the service mileage

Mine was 1500 over at the 10000 service. Explained to garage that because i was moving house it would benefit me to wait, as the dealership is a 80 mile round trip and i was moving to the town that they are in anyway so it was booked in roughly 5 weeks after it the due date.

2 weeks later the crankshaft decides to go **** up resulting in a short motor replacement!!!! Subaru did question why it wasn't serviced when due, which the garage explained and Subaru honoured the warranty. So you shouldn't have any probs as long as you book it in.
