Default Steering Wheel on a import

Heard that a momo steering wheel will fit straight on to a RA Jap Import without the need for a boss kit

People cant answer because you havent asked a question that they can make sense of. All aftermarket steering wheels require a seperate boss to fit onto a car, its not an accessory for only some fitments. Manufacturers make one wheel and many adapters (the boss), to enable them to fit a variety of cars... If you only have the Momo steering wheel then you wont be able to fit it to any vehicle without a boss.

Some (principally Italian) manufacturers use a similar PCD and number of fixing points as Momo. If this is the case with the wheel that you have (Nardi as standard on virtually all JDM Classics), then would may be able to unscrew the wheel from the boss and fit a Momo wheel to the same adapter.

ive just fitted a moutney steering wheel on my 93wrx and that fit straight onto the standard boss. The standard boss (assuming mine was standard) has loads of different pattern holes so I imagine you would be okay. The horn was a different type though so just simply swapped the inards from the nardi onto the new wheel so it still says nardi and the horn works.

My Nardi boss only has fixing holes in one PCD, perhaps your boss isnt standard?
