how do i clean boost solned
93 wrx ,3 port solned ,do i remove from car squart carb cleaner in all 3 ports,leave to soak,refit on car leave all pipes off ,connect green blocks together and turn on ign. IS THIS CORRECT, also how do i clean out intercooler...many thanks,as im only getting 0.6 boost this is how its been since i bought it 7 mths ago,any other ideas....CAN I REMOVE RESTRICTER IN BOT HOSE will this solve any thing

I got told by an ex Subaru mechanic that if you disconnect all the pipes to it, then take off the panel under your steering column, there should be a green connector and green terminal. Connect these together then turn your ignition on, DON'T START THE ENGINE, just put the ignition on.
You should hear the solenoid working (ticking) if its got any contamination (oil) in it, you should see this been spat out of the ports.
Thats what i got told anyway. I've not tried it yet, but not had to.
