Default new brakes just fitted

just had new brakes from ASP fitted...8 groove discs on the front with ferodo DS2500s, with an upgraded replacement of rears as well...

whats the best way to bed them in...???

Just go a bit steady on them for 100miles or so..

I heard that some progressive motorway speed stops was good to bed them in, not stopping in between of course, from 70ish down to 15mph and then keep rolling to let them cool off....
