Default High beam not working on drivers sign

Apologies for the poor wording in the title. Im a tad tired...

Hi

Im after a bit of advice please...

The high beam on the drivers side has stopped working on my 2001 WRX. I just thought it needed a new bulb so after removing the light and replacing the bulb I tested it and it didnt work. I have checked the relays and fuses and they are all fine. I have tested the connectors for the bulb and its getting ok voltage on the multimeter. I have also tested the bulb and its fine.

Its really annoying me now so any help would be appreciated.

It may mean a trip to the auto electrician but it may be something simple so just wanted to check.

Many thanks

Paul

if your getting current at your multimeter meter from the bulb connectors it must be a earth/ground problem.im not a electrition but i cant see it been anything else.
