Ive a 99 sport (sort of), so it's the standard sport bouncies that I want to change for either standard turbo or STI. The cars great in a straight line but the cornering now reqs work

It's sitting on 17s at the mo and just catching the rubber strip on the rear arches - could a change of suspesion cure this wee problem? I haven't a clue how much firmer the ride would be with a new set!

I have an STI V and I think the suspension is superb - the car is very composed - and those who have been in it tend to like it.
However, STi V cars seem to vary considerably as other 'standard' cars seem to have very different set ups. So there is a little bit of a risk that apparently standard cars will have different set ups.
If you do go for it, make sure you fit solid rear ARB drop links they really improve the car, as do front and rear strut braces.
