Prodrive redesign of WRX?
#1
If you look on www.wardsauto.com the top story is an article about Prodrive redesigning the WRX, looks like some people don't like those headlights. Don't know how long it will take to see a change but it looks like '03. I'm highly anticipating what Prodrive might do with the car, but am a happy '02 US WRX owner .

Hope it's true, I'll be looking for a new one around that time. In the mean time people *are* coming around to the looks, there's a thread below this one that praises the car that's not full of "but it's fugly" comments!! That would not have been the case this time last year.

I was thinking about buying a new WRX before then - do you reckon it'll affect the future value when I come to sell it again?
Can't decide whether people will look down on the old design or see it as "unique". At the end of the day it is the same car underneath, and that is probably one of the major reasons why people by scoobs.
Thoughts?

I had a customer buy a motorcycle from me about 5 months ago and he works for prodrive.
I could not get any details but he said that Subaru would be doing a total re-work of the Impeza due to the drop in sales.(less people like the new shape) He said to expect it within the next 18 months.
