Yeah. 03 WRX's are dropping to that level now. My old car recently sold for under £9k and the condition/spec was awesome, so you may end up with a superb car for such a little amount.

I was lucky, finding a buyer whom appreciated the car and willing to pay quite a bit more last september. He unfortunately needed to sell recently and given the poor market had to let it og for much less. I considered buying it back as it was one awesome machine.

i suppose its a bit of a waiting game , for the right car at the right price to come up, this will be the most i have ever spent on a car so i wont be buying the first one that comes along ,it will have to be spot on.

I got an 01 JDM STi last week for 8k, 47k miles and pretty much mint condition. The guy just couldn't afford to keep it running
It's just a case of waiting til you find someone desperate to get some cash

If you look hard enough you will, just a matter of waiting. Recently saw a black blob eye for 8k, and I just brought a blob eye with PPP FSSH for not much over

Think you'll struggle to find a blobeye for 8k, unless you go into higher mileage (70k onwards really). I've been browsing the scooby market for the past 3-4 months on and off and can't say I've seen any blobeyes around that price (8k is my spending limit, too). I settled for a bugeye for now, will probably try to pick up a blobeye in a couple of years when they've had chance to depreciate a bit more.

cheers for those examples corradoboy but its gotta be wrb, wich i suppose will push the price up a bit more. but it does go to show you can get a blobeye for 8k then.

The wagon was blue
As the guy above says, blue is common and as such the rarer colour cars sell better and thus attract slightly higher prices, mostly.
My next, in this order, will be white, black or grey (proper grey like RB5's, not that alternative to silver they did). Probably white though.
