As a buyer Find out the cost of remap with your ECU and then how much with ECU and liceince, divide difference by 2 + £150 for ECU as a guide price, but all IMHO
So eg £400 -£100 = £300 / 2 = £150 +150 = £300
But should imagine a seller asking £400 weither he'd ever get it
