im looking to possibly take MY00 above 350bhp, where can i send my gearbox to be uprated to cope with extra power?

 

Zen or API seem to be the most popular for uprated gearbox internals, they use PPG gearsets, you'll be looking at between £2500 and £3000 fitted.

Other option is to fit a 6 speed box from a newage STI, they both also offer these conversions aswell i beleive.

 

Look on fleabay for an STI gearbox which will handleup to 400bhp look in the states due to the exchange rate

 

Had mine done at API PPG straight cut, super strong box

One thing to bear in mind with the 6 speed conversion, its much heavier than the 5 speed
