Default Front strut brace

I have a front strut brace that I fitted to my 03WRX. I was thinking of putting it on my 05 STi. Does it fit? I seem to recall that 05 models had a wider track.

I had to elongate the holes a bit in the crossbrace to make the one from my old 03STi fit the then new 05,but it did go on in the end
