Possible theft
Hi Guys I need to check something out. I came back to my car and noticed that just under my steering wheel a green cable was hanging down and also not sure if something was removed from under the steering wheel (where you adjust the steering height). I need some help as nothing else in the car appeared to be moved and no sign of entry, etc so just wnted some photo's of just under the steering wheel (basically the column) to see if it's the same as mine. The car is my53 sti blobeye. Any help appreciated. Hopefully Im just being paranoid

Basically a green cable just hanging down (never been like that before) and I noticed it seemed a bit bare down there and because I don't normally look down there not sure if a small housing is missing. I will look at the lock when I get back out as I use remote locking to open car not keys

could it be the green wire from the green / black combo that you connect to cycle the boost Solenoid etc.
does it have a connector on the end ?

IMHO sounds like the green and black connectors found under the steering column to do the ECU check/reset.
These are usually loose and left unconnected.
I wouldn't be too worried, if someone managed to get in your car with any noticeable sign of entry then they would have had it away.
P.S Newage don't have one set, since you've found green then the black connectors should not be there.
