Default MAF and Turbo question

Hello
Looking at Scoobs again.
Cant remember the ins and outs. Has anyone got a link to a site with the specs. I know for example there was a site by Muddy a few years back that had all the specs.

My three main questions are

Earlier MAFs on classics tend to be be a bit more reliable (If run with a Pannel filter). When was the change date to less reliable MAF as found say on a MY99 Car. Or was it Just MY99s that had chocolate MAFs.

Again the Turbo I prefer the larger laggier punchier turbo found on older WRXs when was the change date from the TD05 to the TD04?

When was the change date from there being weeedy 2pots on the front (eg 94WRX)to a 4pot set up

Ta

The phase 2 engined MY99 and MY00 had the choc maf's.
I think the MY97 was the first to get a TD04.
MY99 was the first to get the 4 pots

Yes MY99-00 (V5-V6) were/are fragile more noticable on JDM's than UK's(unless running higher boost)

.

Not certain, around 95/96 at a rough guess, may also may depend on if WRX or WRX STi Type R

V5's onwards (some MY98 as facelift early V5's but generally MY99)
