how much would it cost to import one of these, for example if Ian Litchfield brought one over how much would the customer be expected to pay after all the duties, SVA etc had been done as they sell for 18k in Japan?

Rasher when I was down at Litchfields last month Ian said he had 2 already in the country.

 

The person who imports the vehicle (whoever's name is on the Bill of Lading) pays all of the duties and VAT.

 

I read the evo review this week to

These are around £18500 in japan,imported all charges dutie's paid etc,then litchfield or whoever sell on for about £33000

So about ten grand profit for the importer then

yep would be very interested in one, but I couldnt justify 33k myself really

 

Not ten grand!! with the current euro 4 emission regs it will cost 6k+ to get a model report made for that car.
