uk turbo 2000, s plate classic and milage currently at 91k, would any mods done to the engine come into account.

a m8 of mine has a w plate classic who is a mechanic at vauxhall and he said he can do a full service inc rear diff oil etc etc and all i need to so is book it in for an oil change and that way i still get the book stamped

If your worried about the service history then you'll have to get the complete service done by whoever and get them to stamp up the book. Personally I would want to see the invoices corresponding to the stamps in the book before parting with any cash, as would most savvy car buyers.
Alternatively forget the service history and do it yourself but the second hand value of the car will be affected accordingly. At the end of the day a 8 year old, 90k Scoob isn't worth a great deal regardless of mods so it may be worthwhile going this route
