I won and paid for a set of front disc brakes from him...on 13th Dec.
I have STILL not received them

his 'name' is garyd3975
and tho he had 100% feedback during the auction, that has grown to 6 negatives SINCE I won

so, PLEASe do yourselves a favour and dont buy off him!
(I'm busy proceeding withthe Police ad ebay procedures)

To be honest, the police nor ebay wil give a monkeys.
if u paid by cheque getting the banks to confirm its been cashed by said person, just cause ur bank statement says cheque 100045 etc etc is a nightmare and ebay wont care either.

if you paid by check go to your bank and ask them to pull the money back from his account to yours, they can do this but you may need to make a fruad claim, i have had to do this afew time even with my car finannce and repay it as they said they never recived it.
so many robbers in this world today

 

new fruad act makes it easier to prosecute peeps like this, perhaps you'll be lucky and have local police who want to be first to get a conviction under new said act?
